This blog is the creation of an incorrigible " English teacher", who can't seem to give up administering advice even after giving up the profession.
I put the English teacher bit in quotes on purpose. I wanted to clarify at the outset that i am not a professor of English Literature. I have taught a rather different kind of English, that which people need to clear competitive exams.
What i intend to do in this blog, starting from today, is to share some pieces of literature which , I think, are written in amazingly beautiful English. Some of them may seem too simple , but then sometimes the sheer love of the language does take over.
